Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. We batch shipments Monday through Saturday. If you order on a Sunday or holiday, it ships the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Domestic orders ship via USPS Media Mail, First Class, or Priority Mail depending on weight and size. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Media Mail: 2–8 business days (most economical for heavy orders)
- First Class: 2–5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Tracking is included on all domestic shipments. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed — especially during peak seasons (November–January).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders go via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International depending on destination and weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- Europe: 10–28 business days
- Australia / Asia / Rest of World: 14–35 business days
International tracking is included where available. Customs delays can extend these estimates and are outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility — we cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.
How We Pack Records
We take packaging seriously because records are fragile and irreplaceable.
- Every LP ships in a new poly outer sleeve
- Records are placed between rigid corrugated stiffeners inside a dedicated record mailer
- Mailers are marked “Do Not Bend” and “Fragile”
- Multiple records ship with additional padding between them
- Cassettes and CDs are bubble-wrapped and boxed
We do not cut corners on packaging. A record that arrives damaged reflects on us regardless of what happened in transit.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will file a USPS insurance claim on your behalf and work with you on a resolution — refund, replacement if available, or store credit. Do not discard damaged packaging, as it may be needed for the insurance claim.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is genuinely lost, contact us and we’ll investigate. Domestic lost packages are eligible for replacement or refund after a 15-day waiting period. International packages: 45 days.
