VG+/VG- Record in great shape, sleeve in good shape, passes the “eye test,” but does have a pretty significant crease that runs along the entire spine, mainly visible from the back, light corner creasing, again, visible from back. Other than that GREAT shape, with resealable outer sleeve and anti static Hudson Hi-fi Inner sleeve.
